This 45 minute class tones, builds and elongates the muscles in the body from head to toe using low impact but intense movements. This class utilizes a barre for standing leg work, the floor to work even deeper into those legs and glutes and also some light weights to tone the arms and upper body. This group fitness class is fun and with the music and positive affirmations from the instructor participants will find their best potential!
