BARRE SCULPT: This 45–60 minute session focuses on targeting the muscles with small movements. Great for toning the body using light weights and body weight strength movements combined with cardio. Tools such as hand weights, bands and balls are used. Once you commit to body sculpting and strength classes, you’ll start to see the results: newly toned or sculpted muscles. (All fitness levels)
