Derek Frisk

I have a passion for the health & wellness field. I have always enjoyed the benefits of exercising. My goal is to help people accomplish their fitness goals and adopt the same passion that I have to make exercise a lifestyle and habit for everyday living. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength &  Conditioning Association NSCA-CPT. I started at SF Fieldhouse after completing my internship at SF Fieldhouse in 2007. I have worked here ever since and it has been over 14 years now. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University, I also have an Associate degree in General Studies from Glen Oaks Community College.
