Fitness Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Description: Train like an athlete in this action-packed class. A strong core from your shoulders to your hips will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs!

Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional exercises using body weight, plates, a towel and a platform.

Saturday - Sunday: 7 AM - 7 PM

MEMBER ONLY HOURS

Monday 4 am – Friday Midnight
      (consecutive hours)*
Saturday and Sunday hours: 7 am – 7 pm

*10 pm-5 am - Members Only Limited Services

Pool hours will be 5am-9:30pm Mon-Fri
and 7am-6:30pm Sat/Sun
