This 45 minute class tones, builds and elongates the muscles in the body from head to toe using low impact but intense movements. This class utilizes a barre for standing leg work, the floor to work even deeper into those legs and glutes and also some light weights to tone the arms and upper body. This group fitness class is fun and with the music and positive affirmations from the instructor participants will find their best potential!

Take a 45 minute cycling journey with us. All fitness levels are welcome to experience this class. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first class so your bike can be custom fit to your body. Water is mandatory! Heart rate monitors are recommended. Each ride is specifically designed to target endurance, strength or intervals.

Power Bootcamp

Push your limits

This 60 minute class will work your total body! It’s an energizing workout that consists of training with weights to strengthen every muscle group and includes interval training and cardio to strengthen your heart and burn calories! The motivating, positive instructor adds music to make this group exercise fun!
